The OR Nurse Manager will join a respected 515-bed hospital known for nursing excellence, professional development, and whole-person patient care. The Manager RN Operating Room will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence while helping advance unit and organizational goals.
The Operating Room Nurse Manager will oversee daily clinical operations while maintaining a visible leadership presence. This role will supervise nursing and ancillary staff, coordinate daily activities, support staffing needs, and partner with physicians and department leaders to ensure efficient surgical services. Responsibilities also include quality improvement, staff development, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and patient satisfaction.
The OR Nursing Manager will work closely with charge nurses, unit champions, clinical educators, physicians, and other leaders to build a strong and engaged team. This leader will monitor quality outcomes, address operational concerns, support education initiatives, and promote safe patient care. Strong communication, independent judgment, and leadership skills will be essential to success.
