IV Therapy / Infusion Nurse – Bring IV Care Directly to LA Seniors at Home Company: All Seniors Foundation
Location: Los Angeles, CA About Us All Seniors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non‑profit committed to improving the quality of life for older adults across Los Angeles County. We provide medical care, in‑home support, hospice and palliative care, cancer navigation, and 200+ other free services to qualifying seniors. Every service is delivered at no cost, regardless of insurance status. Role Overview As IV Therapy / Infusion Nurse, you will administer IV antibiotics, hydration, chemotherapy, immunoglobulin, and other infusion therapies to homebound seniors.

You will manage central lines, PICCs, and ports while building trusting relationships with patients and families. Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications (antibiotics, antifungals, chemo, IVIG, biologics) per physician order
• Insert and maintain peripheral IVs, midlines, PICCs, central lines, and implanted ports
• Monitor patients for infusion reactions, infiltration, and infection; manage adverse events
• Educate patients and family caregivers on line care, flushing, and infection‑prevention
• Coordinate with infusion pharmacies, specialists, and home health teams
• Document infusion details, vitals, and patient response in our EHR per CMS standards

• Current CA RN license (BSN preferred)
• CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) certification or eligibility
• 2+ years infusion nursing experience; home infusion experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with central line maintenance, chemo administration, and pump management
• ACLS certification

• Competitive salary ($80,000–$110,000)

You will travel between senior homes administering IV therapies — sometimes a quick antibiotic push, sometimes a 4‑hour IVIG infusion. The work rewards clinical skill and steady hands; many patients depend on you weekly for months at a time, so relationships deepen quickly.
