The Clinical Program Coordinator, RN provides clinical leadership and program coordination for community-based preventive health, immunization, screening, and outreach programs. This hands‑on role works with participants across the lifespan and helps expand access to preventive care, health education, and connections to ongoing health‑care and community resources.

About the Role

This position offers a distinctive combination of hands‑on nursing, clinical leadership, program coordination, education, and community engagement. It is well suited for an RN who enjoys preventive care, working with diverse populations, coordinating programs and events, and helping improve access to care outside the traditional hospital setting.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN or higher degree.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

  • California State RN License required

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant registered nursing experience in community health, public health, ambulatory care, primary care, pediatrics, immunization services, preventive care, population health, acute care, or a related clinical setting. Experience coordinating clinical programs, services, projects, or community‑based events preferred.
