We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to oversee our Labor and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of direct RN clinical experience in a High-Risk Labor and Delivery department, as well as 2+ years of experience as a RN Nurse Manager overseeing a Labor and Delivery department and/or as a Charge RN in a Labor and Delivery department.

A Master’s degree in nursing or related field is required.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Labor and Delivery department
• Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance
• Manage department budget and resources
• Participate in hospital committees and initiatives as needed

• Active RN license
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field
• 3+ years of direct RN clinical experience in a High-Risk Labor and Delivery department
• 2+ years as a RN Nurse Manager overseeing a Labor and Delivery department and/or as a Charge RN in a Labor and Delivery department
• Managerial experience working in a union environment
