About This Role
The Nurse Manager II for the Coronary Care Unit is responsible for leading patient care delivery systems and practice standards, managing clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders looking to make a significant impact on patient care.

- Lead the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
- Delegate tasks related to patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
- Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Monitor resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
- Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
- Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Practice to ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage designated units by translating business plans into tactical action items.
- Oversee hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
Education:
- Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
- Leadership experience in nursing required
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current RN License in California
