- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required);
Master's preferred - Valid RN licensure in the practice state
- Minimum of five years of technical nursing experience; leadership experience is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of safety and excellence
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance processes
