• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required);
  Master's preferred
• Valid RN licensure in the practice state
• Minimum of five years of technical nursing experience; leadership experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of safety and excellence
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance processes
