Licensed Vocational Nurse

Neuro Restorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

• Per-Diem DAY & NOC shift

• DAY shift: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm

• NOC shift: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am

• 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT)

• Salary range: $28.00-$31.50 per hour, based on experience

• $2 per hour NOC shift differential

• Blended salary range (base pay + OT pay) = $32.66-$36.75 per hour

• IV & BW Certification REQUIRED

• Neuro Restorative facilities located in San Fernando Valley (Woodland Hills, Chatsworth and Northridge)

• CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility)

• 6-bed facilities

• Low patient ratios

• On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet

• Current state LVN license

• IV & BW Certification required

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

• Minimum one year of experience

• Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving

• Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
