Research Nurse Coordinator II & III – Oncology Clinical Research

Please note: This position requires a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical research nursing experience. While we value a variety of nursing backgrounds, general clinical RN experience alone does not meet the qualifications for this role. Candidates should have prior experience working within clinical research protocols and coordinating research study activities.

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Research Nurse Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical research nursing experience. This is a required qualification and cannot be substituted with general RN, inpatient, outpatient, infusion, or other clinical nursing experience.

To be considered, candidates must have hands-on experience coordinating oncology clinical research studies and working within research protocols, including activities such as:

• Participant screening and enrollment
• Informed consent discussions and documentation
• Conducting protocol-required study visits
• Adverse event assessment and reporting
• Research data collection and documentation
• Coordination with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary research teams
• Regulatory and protocol compliance

This position is intended for nurses who have worked directly in clinical research.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of direct oncology clinical research nursing experience (required)
• BLS certification

Candidates without clinical research experience will not be considered.
