• 12-hours shift
• Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
• Minimum of two (2) shifts per week or as needed

• RNs will be providing comprehensive care to patients with acute psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders in a locked behavioral health unit.
• RNs are responsible for delivering direct patient care, including monitoring mental and physical status, providing suicide prevention, elopement precautions, administering medications, supporting therapeutic interventions, and maintaining patient and unit safety through continuous observation and adherence to security protocols.

• Current, valid, and unrestrictedCA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of three (3) recent inpatient Behavioral Health and Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• AHA BLS Certification
• MAB or CPI
• LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)
• Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date
• Copy of current, completed
  
  Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
