Level III Staff RN - Clinic Temporary - Panorama

The Level III Staff RN provides professional nursing care in a clinic setting, leading the healthcare team and ensuring quality patient care in accordance with established standards and policies. This role is ideal for experienced RNs looking for a temporary full-time position.

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
• Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.

Education:

Experience:

• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in acute care or ambulatory care.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Registered Nurse License (California)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification OR Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Certification
