Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Los Angeles, California, 90017!

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Los Angeles, CA | Acute Care

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

• Provide direct nursing care to a patient population including neonates, adolescents, and adults in a Labor and Delivery setting encompassing Triage, LDR, OR, NICU, and Post-Partum units
• Perform and interpret External Fetal Monitoring, including recognition and treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
• Circulate for C-section procedures as needed
• Float to Perinatal unit when operationally required
• Participate in on-call rotation, expected approximately 2 times per month in addition to scheduled shifts
• Work 4 weekend shifts per month (Friday or Saturday nights) and be available for most holidays

• Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience required
• Active California RN license required at time of submission
• Epic EMR experience required
• AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN Advanced certification required
• Must successfully pass an Advanced EKG exam (onsite, 80% minimum passing score; two attempts permitted)
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered at the travel rate

• Experience with both Low and High Risk Labor and Delivery cases
• Familiarity with unit systems including SBAR, Omnicell, and eMD Allscripts
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Work within a comprehensive OB unit supported by 24-hour OB hospitalist and OB anesthesia coverage in a dynamic, high-acuity environment
• Open to first-time travelers, offering an accessible entry point into travel nursing for qualified candidates
