Responsible for the quality assurance of operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
Essential Duties and Competencies- Responsible for setting up and maintaining an Acceptable Quality System to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and other National Aviation Authorities.
- Key contact person for representatives from the relevant National Aviation Authorities and the Company’s customers with respect to all matters relating to the Acceptable Quality System.
- Monitors and incorporates changes to the Acceptable Quality System and manuals relating to the Acceptable Quality System, in order to ensure compliance with the applicable part 145 regulations administered by the
