Quality & EHS Manager
What You'll DoAs the Quality & EHS Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring our quality and safety systems are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, cGMP programs, customer complaint systems, and outside processing quality control
- Oversee quality KPIs, corrective action processes, internal audits, and customer complaint resolution initiatives
- Chair customer complaint review meetings and maintain strong customer communication to ensure timely resolution
- Manage regulatory compliance initiatives related to ISO, AIB, FSC, and packaging industry standards
- Conduct and coordinate internal quality and safety audits, including customer and third-party audits
- Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and document control procedures
- Lead and mentor Quality Assurance team members through coaching, development, and performance management
- Maintain and improve plant safety programs, safety inspections, and safety equipment management
- Deliver employee training related to ISO, AIB, safety standards, and quality systems
- Partner cross-functionally with production, operations, and leadership teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality and/or EHS leadership within a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of:
- ISO Quality Management Systems
- cGMP requirements
- Safety and OSHA regulations
- Corrective action and continuous improvement processes
- Experience managing audits, compliance programs, and customer quality initiatives
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with in the printing, packaging, folding carton, or converting industry
- Strong understanding of printing, finishing, and folding carton manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
