Entry Level Technician

• The majority of the job will involve sitting at a desk, and the duties will be very repetitive.
• QA Text Inspection Product (Short Term Project Only)
• This individual will be responsible for the following:
  
  - Inspecting parts according to prints and charting dimensions per SPC requirements.
• Performing routine audits using gauges and fixtures.
• Entering quality data into predefined computer programs.
• Identifying and reporting any quality issues in the cell.

• Ability to read prints and graphs; basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to identify production or quality issues.
• Ability to work routinely with small parts.
• Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, with an aptitude for maintaining records.
• Must be a good team player, open to change, and able to work well with others.
• Previous injection molding experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 0-2 years of work experience.
