See’s Candies is seeking an FSQA Assistant Manager to supervise QA Inspectors and ensure food safety and quality programs across facilities. You will apply SPC, improve processes, and back up the FSQA Manager during peak seasons.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Food Science with 5+ years QA experience in food, plus SQF/PCQI qualifications. Evening/2nd shift work is required; travel to local See’s facilities may be frequent.
