Quality Control​/Production Associate

supports the production department by performing in-field quality control inspections. Full time positions available.

• perform quality inspections on the production floor of all factories
• ensure that any and all defects are communicated/flagged to the manager/supervisor in order to address the issue immediately and propose a corrective solution
• enforce the company's quality standards and expectations when dealing with factories, while at the same time maintaining a professional demeanor.
• assist with analysis of any/all quality reports
• assist with pick ups and drop offs for fabric and trims
• assist the production team with miscellaneous tasks as needed
• be able to work autonomously and be a team player

• entry level position
• strong written and verbal communication
• must have reliable transportation, valid ca driver's license, and proof of insurance
• organizational skills
• strong attention to detail
• ability to work independently
• spanish speaking is a plus

• must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
