Voala is seeking a Quality Assurance Reviewer I to ensure compliance with grant, contract, and policy requirements. Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll conduct reviews and audits on various programs. Essential duties include supporting program readiness for audits and performing quality assurance procedures to meet funder regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and one year in a quality assurance role.
This position requires in-office work to support VOALA’s mission to aid vulnerable populations.
