As a Product Development Intern you will be responsible to organize, catalogue, and archive samples to ensure Designers and Developers are able to access samples easily. You will report directly to the Head of Product Development and receive direction from both The Head of Product Development and the Product Development Manager. This will be a 8 week internship with possibility to extend based on performance and business needs.

• Organizeandmaintainallproductsamples,ensuringtheyareproperlylabeled,stored,andeasilyretrievable
• Managesampleinventory,trackingmovementbetweenteamsandexternalpartners
• Archive samples,materials,andreferencesmaintainingawell-structuredanduptodatelibrary.
• Assistindevelopingandimprovingorganizationalsystemsforsamplesandmaterialrecordsfortheproductdevelopmentteam
• Assistinsendingandreceivingpackagesforproductdevelopmentteam

• Strongorganizationalskillsandexceptionalattentiontodetail
• Abilitytomanagemultipletasksandprioritizeeffectivelyinafast-paced environment
• ProficiencyinPLMsystems,Google Workspace,Excel,orsimilardatamanagementtools
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator ,productdevelopmentprocesses,productlifecycleisaplus!
