We are looking for driven professionals who want to learn how to build a long‑term career in commercial real estate sales while earning rewarding commissions. You do not need to be licensed yet, but you must be actively pursuing your real estate license or open to obtaining one. The focus is on learning the business the right way with structure, mentorship, and systems used by top commercial brokers nationwide.

As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you will learn how to source and qualify investment opportunities, have real conversations with property owners and investors, and support deals from first outreach through closing. You will work closely with experienced brokers, gaining hands‑on coaching while building confidence, skills, and a professional network that supports long term growth in commercial investment sales.

Responsibilities
  • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
  • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
  • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
  • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
  • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
Qualifications
  • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
  • Proven negotiating and communication skills
  • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
