Blue Brick Realty is seeking professional and reliable Leasing Showing Agents to conduct property showings exclusively for rental applicants
. This role is focused solely on leasing support—no listing, marketing, or client prospecting required. Agents will show rental properties to pre-screened applicants and provide a professional, informative experience that supports successful lease placements.

• Conduct scheduled showings of rental properties for prospective tenants/applicants
• Provide accurate information regarding rental terms, property features, and neighborhood details
• Coordinate property access with property management or leasing teams
• Ensure properties are shown professionally, securely, and respectfully
• Communicate applicant feedback and showing outcomes promptly to the leasing team
• Encourage applicants to apply.
• Follow all fair housing laws, MLS rules (if applicable), and company policies
• Represent Blue Brick Realty in a professional and courteous manner at all times

• Active real estate license in good standing (required)
• Experience in leasing or rental property showings preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role

• Commission-only - Compensation paid per successful lease
• No base salary or hourly pay
