Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager for an 80 unit property in North Hollywood. Free 1‑bedroom apartment and work out of the leasing office on‑site.

• $23.00 per hour
• 1-bedroom apartment, one bathroom

• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk‑throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list.
• Unit inspections/property inspections and upkeep
• Service of notices and all aspects of day‑to‑day management
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Effective organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Must be able to live on-site.

• Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors.
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Must live on-site.
• One weekend is required and must be available for on‑call as needed.
• Valid Driver's License and evidence of auto insurance will be needed.
• A background, DMV, and pre‑employment physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
