- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Search for prospective home buyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
- Obtain a California real estate license if not already licensed

- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Natural grit and drive to show up daily with consistency
- Willingness to complete in-house training and coaching programs
- California real estate license, or the ability to obtain one promptly
- License required in order to earn commissions and work with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Awareness of local commercial market trends and opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
