Responsibilities
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Follow up with inbound inquiries and database opportunities
  • Learn conversations that convert prospects into appointments
  • Track daily activity and report progress toward goals
  • Shadow experienced agents on listing presentations and buyer consultations
  • Host open houses and community events to build exposure
  • Study local Los Angeles market trends and pricing strategies
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients from first contact through closing
  • Participate in weekly training and skill development sessions
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
