Commercial Real Estate Agent | Los Angeles, CA

LBRE Capital provides full-service commercial real estate services throughout California, including brokerage, property management, and investment advisory. We represent owners, investors, and tenants in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use assets, helping clients execute sophisticated, integrated transactions statewide.

We are seeking driven, results-oriented agents ready to grow their business in California’s competitive commercial real estate market. This is a 100% commission-based role requiring initiative, persistence, and execution.

Ongoing Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert leads through outreach, research, and relationship building
  • Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies
  • Analyze properties and local trends for market positioning
  • Find and secure locations that fit client needs and investment goals
  • Prepare and manage transaction documentation from negotiation through closing
  • Showcase properties through tours and presentations, connecting buyers and investors with opportunities
Who You Are
  • Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson (required)
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred; early-career professionals with strong sales aptitude are welcome
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable with proactive outreach
  • Resilient, analytical, and results-driven
  • Professional presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Structure & Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position. Compensation is based solely on commissions earned.

  • Pay: $75,000 – $350,000+ per year (100% commission-based)
  • Schedule:

    Monday to Friday
  • Supplemental Pay Types:
    Commission pay, performance-based bonus opportunities
