We're looking for Chemistry Masters and PhDs to design, solve, and evaluate advanced chemistry problems that train cutting-edge AI models to think like scientists.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for serious chemistry experts. No AI background needed — just deep domain knowledge and a passion for scientific rigor.

Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Design complex, real-world chemistry problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Solve and review advanced problems to ensure scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance AI reasoning capabilities
- Apply computational tools and chemical knowledge to create problems that push AI to its limits
- Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of scientific rigor and precision
- Holder of a Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Deeply knowledgeable in one or more of: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry software (e.g., Gaussian, VASP)
- An exceptional written communicator who can explain complex concepts with clarity
- Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical, rigorous approach to scientific problems
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts or AI research
- Experience writing or reviewing scientific content for educational or research purposes
- Background in curriculum design, science communication, or academic publishing
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside world-leading research labs
