Join a dynamic and forward-thinking research team as a Quantitative Researcher, working closely with a Principal Research Consultant. In this onsite contract position, you'll enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours while contributing your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and research design to drive impactful insights and strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with the Principal Research Consultant to develop cutting-edge quantitative models and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Principal Research Consultant to design, develop, implement, and analyze quantitative research projects
  • Develop and apply advanced statistical models and data analysis techniques to complex datasets
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and optimize processes.
  • Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and backtesting of research ideas.
  • Interpret results and present actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats
  • Manage data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to ensure data integrity
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging methodologies, and relevant technologies
  • Document methodologies, results, and project progress clearly and effectively.
  • Contribute to research publications, reports, and presentations
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience conducting quantitative research and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings for diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible, fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism.
