Pay Range: $30 - $33/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analytical testing of laboratory samples, raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Support new product development and chemistry activities related to fillable cartridge projects.
• Operate analytical instrumentation such as FTIR, ICP-MS, LC-UV, and LC-MS.
• Assist with analytical method development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and execute chemistry experiments under established laboratory procedures and protocols.
• Analyze and interpret analytical data and communicate results to scientists and project teams.
• Conduct exploratory chemistry research to support product-development objectives.
• Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment and assist with troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Prepare accurate laboratory records, analytical reports, protocols, experimental documentation, and data summaries.
• Follow established laboratory safety procedures, SOPs, cGMP requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Document experimental results, observations, deviations, and other laboratory activities accurately.
• Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams to support chemistry and product-development programs.
• Support analytical testing associated with drug, device, or combination-product development, as applicable.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
• 0+ years of relevant experience; recent graduates with strong laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong foundation in analytical chemistry and laboratory techniques.
• Academic or hands-on laboratory experience with one or more of the following:
• FTIR
• ICP-MS
• LC-UV
• LC-MS
• Ability to accurately perform laboratory experiments and document results.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret analytical data and communicate scientific findings.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite laboratory environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Internship, academic research, co-op, or professional laboratory experience in analytical chemistry.
• Experience with analytical method development or validation.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or combination-product environments.
• Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, laboratory documentation, and regulated laboratory practices.
• Experience with laboratory instrument troubleshooting or maintenance.
• Strong technical writing and scientific documentation skills.
