Quality Control Research Associate

We are currently seeking a
Quality Control Associate
for a prominent client of ours in
Philadelphia, PA.

• Pay:$30-36.52/hr
• Duration:1 year with possibility of extension or conversion.
• Location:Philadelphia, PA

• Perform
  release, characterization, and stability testing of lentiviral vectors
  using ELISA/AlphaLISA, Western blot, PCR/qPCR, flow cytometry, particle analysis, and cell-based viral titration.
• Execute and troubleshoot
  molecular, biochemical, and cell-based assays
  to evaluate viral vector strength, identity, purity, and safety.
• Prepare samples, reagents, buffers, and cell cultures while following
  SOPs and GLP/cGMP requirements
  .
• Analyze and interpret experimental data and communicate results through
  reports, protocols, presentations, and technical documentation
  .
• Support
  analytical method development and optimization
  for lentiviral vector characterization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, troubleshoot issues, and meet project timelines.

• BS in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
  with 1+ year of relevant experience; biopharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Experience with
  viral vector characterization, PCR/qPCR or ddPCR, ELISA/AlphaLISA, Western blot, flow cytometry, and/or cell-based assays
  .
• Experience working in
  GLP/cGMP environments
  and developing or following laboratory procedures preferred.
• Ability to independently
  execute, troubleshoot, analyze, and communicate experimental results
  in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational, written, verbal, and
  Microsoft Office
  skills.
