About the Bartender position

Highly Likely is looking for talented experienced bartenders to join our team. Experience is great, but we are willing to hire enthusiastic and outgoing applicants with little to no experience aswell. Personality fit and a genuine interest in hospitality and food and beverage are a must. If you are passionate, clean, organized, enjoy talking to people and are interested in cocktails and bartending, we would love to hear from you.

• Preparing perfect beverages for customers quickly and accurately

• Communicating with customers in a warm and engaging way

• Presenting the bar menu, taking orders and keeping the bar organized

• Work in coordination with the service team to ensure all guests are greeted and served promptly

• Knowing the food, spirits, wine and beer menu extensively, making recommendations and selling to meet company goals and customer satisfaction

• Cleaning the bar, keeping it organized, tracking inventory and ensuring prep is done for efficient and quick operations.

• Experience as a Bartender

• Skilled in making classic cocktails

• Excellent customer service skills

• Effective, clear and professional communication skills with co-workers and guests.

• A positive attitude

• Willing to work weekends and nights
