The Salvation Army (Western) - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals and snacks for Alegria residents, B.L.A.S.T. children, and staff.;
Deliver meals to Lilly's Place and Lafayette; serve lunch and dinner at Lafayette.;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas following Health Department guidelines.;
Assist with ordering and inventory management, including weekly item lists.;
Monitor equipment temperatures and ensure proper holding temperatures.
