Compass Group - Up to $20000.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.;
Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.;
Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and procedures to maintain cleanliness.;
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards and keeps dish area safe and orderly.;
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading as needed.
