As Bartender, you will prepare beverages for guests and servers following recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner. Simultaneously you will ensure compliance with all liquor laws in the preparation, serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

• Exceed guest expectations by interacting in a way that makes them feel special through proper and friendly service.
• Serve guests with all steps of service to help prioritize the guest experience.
• Be pro‑active by assisting co‑workers, supporting and assisting Managers.
• Prepare beverages following Fairmont Century Plaza recipes and guidelines for preparation.
• Take orders and interact with guests in a professional way making them feel welcome and special.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar prep area and bar.
• Be familiar with all menu items, preparations, and aspects and services of the property.

• Hourly Rate: $21.40 plus gratuities.
• Schedule based on Seniority and Business Needs.

• Previous experience tending bar in a high volume, luxury environment.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
