DescriptionTem Positions is excited to partner with a premier Los Angeles conservation and nature destination to support upcoming special events. We’re seeking professional, reliable individuals for a variety of roles including Catering Servers, Cooks/Prep, Bartenders, Baristas, Customer Service Associates, Retail Associates, Concessions, Dishwashers, and more.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where excellent customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. Pay ranges from $18–$25/hr depending on the role.
Responsibilities by Role (Examples)- Catering Server: Serve plated, passed, or banquet-style meals; ensure guests receive a polished dining experience.
- Cook/Prep: Prepare ingredients, sauces, and components; maintain kitchen flow and food safety standards.
- Bartender/Barista: Provide exceptional beverage service; ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Retail/Customer Service: Assist guests, handle transactions, maintain cleanliness, and provide a welcoming experience.
- Dishwasher/Concessions: Support kitchen and event operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist team members as needed.
- Professional appearance and attitude (please note: our client has a required dress code for each role; staff must provide their own outfit—details will be shared upon selection)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
