Overview
We’re looking for a Merchandise Sample Admin to join a fast-paced team in the apparel industry. This is a full-time, onsite role for approximately 3 months with a pay rate of $19.72/hour
.
- Receive, process, organize, and distribute incoming/outgoing merchandise samples
- Track sample status in real-time and maintain internal tracking systems
- Conduct monthly inventory and organization of sample closets, purging as needed
- Assist with studio operations counts and sample handovers according to assigned calendars and tag colors
- Act as a liaison between internal and external partners regarding sample status
- Collaborate with Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Visual, and PR teams
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
