Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time | Starting at $22-$30/hrs

Position Summary

The Retail Coordinator supports day-to-day retail operations by acting as a liaison between corporate teams and retail stores. This role ensures operational consistency, supports store needs, assists with merchandising execution, and helps drive smooth communication, reporting, and compliance across retail locations.

What you will do Retail Operations Support
  • Serve as a point of contact between corporate and retail store teams
  • Support store openings, transitions, and operational updates
  • Assist with implementing company retail policies and procedures
  • Help track store performance, sales reports, and operational KPIs
Merchandising & Store Execution
  • Coordinate merchandising guidelines, floor set updates, and visual directives
  • Support seasonal launches and in-store promotions
  • Assist stores with product placement, signage, and brand standards
  • Communicate merchandising feedback from stores to corporate teams
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
  • Support inventory movement, transfers, and replenishment requests
  • Assist with stock level tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with warehouse or distribution teams as needed
Retail Communication & Training
  • Distribute corporate communications to retail teams
  • Assist with onboarding support for store employees
  • Help coordinate training materials and operational updates
Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain retail calendars, trackers, and documentation
  • Compile weekly or monthly retail reports
  • Support budget tracking for retail supplies and store needs
What we are looking for
  • 1–3 years of retail, retail operations, or corporate retail support experience
  • Experience in apparel or fashion retail strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stores and priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and POS systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
