Role OverviewThe Senior Manager of Wholesale is responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and execution of Adina Reyter’s wholesale business. This role drives revenue growth, manages and expands key retail partnerships, and ensures wholesale operations support long-term brand positioning and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Wholesale Strategy & Revenue Growth- Deliver annual and seasonal wholesale revenue targets across all channels, including department stores, specialty retailers, consignment, and drop ship.
- Partner with the Planning team to develop account-level sales plans and secure seasonal commitments aligned with growth and margin goals.
- Monitor sell-through and inventory performance, recommending reorders, product swaps, or targeted initiatives as needed.
- Produce structured weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting on account performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with top wholesale accounts, ensuring optimal assortment, placement, and brand presentation.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new wholesale partners consistent with brand positioning and distribution strategy.
- Lead line presentations, showroom appointments, and market week meetings with buyers and partners.
- Develop seasonal wholesale strategies based on market trends, competitive activity, and consumer demand.
- Collaborate with Design and Merchandising to ensure collections meet wholesale partner needs while protecting brand integrity.
- Provide leadership with regular market feedback and recommendations to support growth decisions.
- Lead and mentor wholesale team members to exceed performance goals.
- Partner with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries, accurate fulfillment, and minimal order cancellations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support wholesale partners through campaigns, product education, and sell-through initiatives.
- Own wholesale forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for leadership review.
- Work closely with the Planning team to track account profitability, manage margins, and ensure compliance with payment terms.
- 7–10 years of wholesale sales experience, preferably within luxury, fine jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
- Proven success managing and growing major wholesale accounts and delivering revenue targets.
- Strong command of wholesale financials, including forecasting, margins, sell-through, and inventory performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop for sales materials and presentations.
- Experience using Gorgias or comparable customer support platforms.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and clear communication style.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be on‑site in Sherman Oaks, CA; this role is not remote or hybrid.
- Willingness to travel for market weeks and key account meetings as needed
