Greet customers and assist with merchandise and questions in a courteous and knowledgeable manner;
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment including cleaning tasks and merchandise presentation;
Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and ensure it is merchandised per guidelines;
Follow loss prevention policies and cash handling procedures with accuracy;
Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer service requests and escalate to Store Leadership when needed
