RDSolutions, a leading provider of retail intelligence for over 35 years, is seeking self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and dependable Field Representatives to collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets in the Los Angeles market and across the United States.

• Assigned to projects within your market area and, when needed, nationwide independently or as part of a team.
• Download and use the company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, displayed promotions, and take photographs of merchandising or displays following specific criteria.
• Transmit completed files to the corporate office for review.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and potential customers per client needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone capable of downloading company apps and receiving assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week, with flexibility to take on additional hours.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with required attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures (e.g., grocery store refrigerators and freezers) when required.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on the client’s behalf.
