We are looking for a dedicated and high-energy Service Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team and help maintain our world-class service standards.

As a Service Lot Attendant/Porter, you will be crucial in ensuring complete customer satisfaction by managing vehicle movement in the service area, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering vehicles post-service. You ll also be responsible for providing transportation for customers when needed and ensuring our service lot s overall organization and appearance.

• Maintain vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep the service lot neat and organized by moving vehicles per the general manager s direction and dealership display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags and manage the inventory of vehicles.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles between property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including some weekends.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
