Account Representative Part-Time; Bilingual English​/Spanish

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Part‑Time Account Representatives to join our dynamic team. Our employment benefits consider welfare benefits as well as 401(k) retirement benefits.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.

In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, candidates must have a valid driver's license or unexpired picture d by the State of California Authority, and a social security number that can and will be verified through the State's E‑Verify system.

Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our retail store environment may require evening hours.

• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly bad debt performance plans.
• Review and understand consumer credit reports to provide accurate information on approved limits authorized by store management.
• Collect personal transaction information and maintain data accuracy and security in accordance with the company's consumer privacy policy.
• Accept payments or advances on established consumer credit accounts.
• Maintain professional attire, demeanor and neatness in accordance with company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
