El Super Store Operations Team welcomes a Bakery Clerk to support community and food culture.

• Provide excellent customer service in the bakery department.
• Assist customers with bakery purchases.
• Clean shelves, display cases, and self‑serve displays.
• Work with the baker to determine items to be baked or decorated.
• Take special orders and work with customers.
• Assist with department cleaning, including hosing down floors.

Under direct supervision from the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Clerk provides customer service and conducts various tasks within the bakery, managing customer interactions, product displays, and department cleanliness.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers and employees.
• Apply common sense to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, frequently up to 45 lbs, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
