The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the store in Los Angeles. You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized customer service and help achieve sales targets.
You will also handle cash reconciliation at start and end of day and may be required to open/close the store on a rota. Prior retail experience and a passion for prestige beauty are essential for success.
