Summary
Sales Associate in the Home department delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product expertise and personalized recommendations. Engages customers to assess needs, demonstrates merchandise, and completes transactions accurately. Maintains merchandising standards, restocks inventory, and supports store operations.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team targets.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visual merchandising, pricing, and stock levels on the sales floor.
- Support inventory receiving, replenishment, and store opening and closing tasks.
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in home or specialty departments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and merchandising the sales floor.
