ROLE OVERVIEWSpinelli Kilcollin is looking for a Store Manager to own the full performance, presentation, and team leadership for our Los Angeles flagship. This is a senior retail role for someone who can move fluidly between sales leadership, hands‑on floor operations, and the elevated hospitality expected of a luxury jewelry house , someone who builds a clienteling culture rooted in long-term relationships with high-value clients while running the daily business of the store.
You will partner closely with the VP Global Retail to hit revenue targets, build and develop your team, and ensure every client interaction meets the brand’s standard of craft and service.
- Own store revenue targets, KPIs, and client development goals for the location.
- Cultivate a clienteling culture, building long‑term relationships with high‑value clients through personalized outreach, private appointments, and trunk shows.
- Lead daily floor operations, including staffing, scheduling, and coverage.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates and key holders, and manage their day‑to‑day performance.
- Set individual and team performance goals; conduct regular one‑on‑ones, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention protocols for high‑value merchandise.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in partnership with the Creative team.
- Lead local clienteling initiatives, private appointments, and in‑store events, partnering with Marketing on flagship campaigns where applicable.
- Partner with the People team on hiring, onboarding, and employee relations matters.
- Partner with fellow Store Managers to share best practices across the fleet.
- Report sales trends, client feedback, and inventory needs to senior retail leadership.
- 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2+ years in luxury goods, fine jewelry, or a comparable premium category.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a clienteling‑driven environment.
- Experience recruiting, training, and leading a team of sales associates and key holders.
- Strong command of POS systems, inventory management software, and sales reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with scheduling and reporting.
- Polished, professional presence consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail season hours.
The salary range for this position is: $90, annually + Bonus & Commission
