Job Description:
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving floor performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness and drive sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
Schedule will vary weekly. Expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the business needs.
What it Takes- High School Diploma, G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
- One year of retail experience preferred.
- Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
- Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
- Strong customer focus.

- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

CompensationThe starting rate for this position is $21.10 per hour. The recruiting pay range for this position is $21.10-$21.10 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
