Client Advisor - Beverly Hills

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers best-in-class client service on the boutique floor, by phone and through electronic communication, driving individual sales and building lasting client relationships. The role requires mastery of product knowledge and selling ceremonies, strong attention to boutique operations, and collaboration with boutique leadership to meet KPIs. The Client Advisor supports merchandising, inventory activities, and day-to-day boutique tasks to ensure a premium client experience.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (sales volume, UPT, ADS)
• Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone, and electronically; develop a local and international client book
• Demonstrate product expertise and engage clients through product stories and details
• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and stock organization
• Locate merchandise across boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow operating procedures to protect boutique assets
• Assist with packing and wrapping merchandise when necessary

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with a drive for business results
• Ability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation accurately
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs
• Proficiency operating necessary equipment such as phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, and computers
