As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure a superior customer experience and drive the business forward to achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who is service minded and passionate about building meaningful client relationships.

This individual will serve as the in-store brand ambassador, combining analytical thinking with proactive leadership to cultivate an inclusive and high-energy environment. • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, stock audits, reporting, opening and closing procedures, cash management, and store cleanliness
• Maintain store visual standards in alignment with LESET brand guidelines
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed personal and store sales goals
• Delivery of elevated customer service through styling and personalized client experiences
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue
• Foster relationships with clients, stylists, and personal shoppers to build a loyal client base
• Build and maintain a profitable consignment business
• Conduct active client outreach via email and phone
• Recruit, train, and manage performance of the sales team
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment
• Train staff on trends of each collection to enhance styling expertise
• Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to support team development
• Partner with corporate inventory, buying, and merchandising teams on product levels and assortment needs
• Partner with HR to address employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner
• Utilize company tools to properly process payroll and operational reporting
• Perform additional duties as directed by the corporate office

• 4–6 years of retail management experience within a luxury or contemporary retailer
• Proven track record of building local clientele and driving sales performance

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
