Summary
The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor builds customer relationships through outstanding service, product knowledge, and expert beauty guidance. This role sells products in-store and online while creating an engaging experience and maintaining compelling merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Welcome customers and create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience.
- Build and cultivate customer relationships, drive in-store and online sales, and use technology effectively.
- Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations and treatments, and current trend advice.
- Participate in merchandising and operational responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience required, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
