Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will guide and inspire customers while delivering a welcoming, engaging shopping experience. You will build lasting customer relationships in store and online through gracious service, styling knowledge, and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online experiences while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales by assisting in-store and online clients and using technology effectively.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, and other store operational requirements.
- Maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, and support register transactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedural manuals.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
