The Operations Supervisor manages the boutique's day-to-day non-selling functions in partnership with boutique management. The role supports smooth operations across inventory, shipping and receiving, after-sales service, loss prevention, and facilities.
Responsibilities- Oversee shipping and receiving, after-sales service, and inventory control.
- Support loss prevention and point-of-sale functions.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and assist with other areas of boutique operations as needed.
- At least 3 years of retail stock associate experience, including an operations background.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Available to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting boxes.
- Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards, and to travel as needed.
